Taking the plunge (plus a giveaway!)

I've decided to do it: I just posted a listing for a larger quilt (lap size) in my Etsy shop. Up until now, I've only sold baby quilts. But I finally feel confident enough to take the plunge and start selling larger quilts. I spent a lot of time determining price and feel comfortable with the offering. I absolutely adore this quilt and know that someone else will too. We have many quilts around our house already (and many more in the works) so I decided that this one could go live somewhere else. I do hope that it finds a happy home!

But there's more! I've decided that I'm also going to offer a giveaway! I have a big week coming up: I'm going to DC for a bunch of meetings about jobs. I'm super pumped and ready to get the ball rolling. Since it's such a big week for me, I wanted someone else to benefit too! I'm offering the following items to giveaway: a handmade tote bag, a bunch of 1" hexies, and a few scraps of Heather Ross "Far, Far Away II" fabric!!!This giveaway will be open until Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 12 PM EST. Then I'll close it and choose a winner through the Random Number Generator. Here's how to enter:
1. Post a comment on this post.
2. Follow me and post a comment that you do so. You can follow me through a reader or Google Friend Connect. Just make sure you comment and let me know!
3. Tweet about this giveaway on Twitter and leave a comment letting me know you did so.
4. Blog about this giveaway and leave a comment letting me know you did so.

That's 4 chances to win!!! Open to ALL! Good luck and thanks for your support! :)

  24. I follow you in my Google Reader. Since I picked up the Next button from the google guys I am taken to your actual blog which allows me to see all of your hard work. The Reader shows the words and the pictures, not the actual blog with your designs. I like the Next button Way More than the Reader.
